Sorry that i have to write in english but i unfortunately don´t speak french, i hope you can understand that too; an online translation would makes less sence for posting this special themes - maybe someone of the other members would be so kind to do a sinful translation here.....
First i have to set a big big big compliment when just have seen your cableways and lifts; there are only a few specialists reaching your quality !!!
Want to tell you my idea producing the rope clamps, maybe it could be sinful for your purpose too. I use this kind of clamps since 2002 for outdoor model lifts, my first lift had run more then 8000 hours until now with this clamps - now it would be time to change them out......
I use another type of electric clamps as basis:

The older clamps had been made from brass, the newer ones are from nickel plated steel sheet metal but that makes no difference. After stripping it from the plastic first i cut them up.

For the more simple model you have to bent them and partially cut it in length direction:

The more complicated version i show here, they get solded a piece of wire on the upper side for passing the depression towers.:

Grinding the clamps exactly based on the contour of my self lathed wheels the two point supporting when passing the wheel guarantees a smooth and oscillating free passing of the sheave batteries.

Another possibility is the modelling of the american "Riblet" clip which is inserted inside the rope, this guarantees the smoothest running but the rope had to be turned open between two pliers to insert every clip:

Also a detachable model is possible at this basis.

This had been my variant of a divided (for easier shipping) zinc plated steel tower for a LGB - cableway....

More infos and pictures (from other builders too) are shown at my homepage, if you are interested you can find the URL im my profile.
Kind regards, Markus
