Winning design of the international architecture competition. The proposal of William Matthews Associates ( @TAG), who has experience with London cableway, fits most into his neighborhood between Podbaba, Troja and Bohnice. I hope that in a few years we will be able to ride this elegant means of transport, which can be boarded in three stations. For the final two, it will allow a comfortable transfer to a subsequent transport connection and in the case of the Troja interstation, it will be a building placed in a beautiful space near Vltava and a future new entrance to the ZOO.

Cableway is the fastest solution to connect Prague 6 with Prague 8 via Troja with a sufficient capacity. Let it be. People from Prague 6 and 8 have been waiting quite a long time for a proper connection. When you need to get from the Krakow stop at the Bohnice housing estate to Victory Square, you have to go to Kobylis by bus, from here by subway to Vltavská and then by tram. Or from Kobylis by subway to the center with a transfer to the Museum and then up again via the A to Dejvická. Both options take 40 minutes. The cable car will shorten the journey to 15 minutes including the way to its stops.
